Everyday Hero

Our community is full of everyday hero’s – and 13 year old Aimee is another one! She has been a part of Youth Alive Trust programmes for a few years, and next month will be shaving her thick black hair so it can be made into a wig by Freedom wigs. Aimee said “I am blessed to be healthy but a lot of children & adults have cancer and lose their hair due to the treatment they need to go through. I have lost family members to Cancer and I know others that are fighting this horrible illness. Please donated to the Child Cancer Foundation Inc, support me and help them by giving whatever you can”. This cause is close to the heart of many at Youth Alive Trust as we continue to support one of our young leaders through his battle with leukemia. Good on ya Aimee!!!
